1. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, if you have an account with us, you can enjoy some benefits:

3. How secure is my online order?
When you purchase online with a credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

4. Is there an exchange rate?
All our transactions are conducted in US dollars. If your credit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

5. How do I determine my shipping address?
Because our website and services are based in English, all information you enter must be entered in English, including punctuation. If some of your addresses contain non-English characters, we recommend that you use the corresponding English characters. For example, you can change the character "?" to "C".

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address will not be viewable after your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address and not your holiday address as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

7. How long does shipping take and how do I track my package?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number and tracking location. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities.
